All payments are processed through PayPal. You may choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard or American Express through the PayPal website,or use your PayPal account. If you prefer not to use a PayPal account or a credit card through PayPal, please contact NIZA HUANG JEWELLEY to arrange bank transfer. 

SHIPPING 

We offer free shipping to all the countries in the world.
We endeavor to have all orders dispatched within 1-3 days after your order is placed and payment has cleared into our account. Products that are not in stock will be dispatched within 2-4 weeks.
Check availability under your chosen product.
If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.

All packages will be sent via UK post office.

REFUNDS / EXCHANGE
Whilst all care is taken when packing goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by email within 2 working days of receiving of goods to discuss your situation
Goods can be exchanged/refunded within 14 days of receiving of goods.
All goods should be returned in the same state as received and in original packaging with
a copy of your order.
When the goods are returned to us, your required new order is posted to you or
a refund is being paid into your account.
Costumer is responsible of return postage regarding refund or exchange.
Please feel free to contact us personally in regards to your individual situation should you wish to discuss refunds or exchanges in more detail.
For all the refunds to personalised pieces, we will charge 30% of the price for labour and materials cost.
